CNC Machining
Our turning and milling capabilities allow us to manufacture quality precision CNC machined components for any industry — low and high quantity production. We produce components for the automotive, pharmaceutical, specialty fastener, defense, aerospace, oil and gas, electronics, and coal industries.
From rapid prototyping to drilling and tapping, we produce everything from bushings to custom parts for engines and bolts for oil rigs using machining materials such as aluminum, all plastics, carbon steel, brass, and many other alloys. All of our production takes place in our large 12,000 square foot machine shop.
Given the importance of quality components being delivered on schedule, our technical experts are involved every step of the way, from initial quote to final production, ensuring the success of your project.

Fabrication Services
Precision Tool recognizes each project is different, so we take a custom approach to each customer’s distinct fabrication requirements. With in-house mills, lathes, welding stations, and other state-of-the-art machinery, Precision Tool adheres to the industry’s highest standards, bringing our customers excellent value-added results.
Metal fabrication at Precision Tool is in a unique position because we have extensive experience in the welding and fabrication field and at the same time have considerable experience making precision machined parts. We use tig welding and mig welding processes and we specialize in welding stainless and aluminum. Combining the concepts and skills it takes to make precision machined parts with the metal fabrication industry Precision Tool is able to help solve some difficult fabrication challenges.

Our Work In Action
Precision Tool manufactured the parts for 4D Robotics’ Modular Robotic Vehicle (MRV-1). 4D Robotics’ MRV-1 uses a custom-built miniature hydraulic power unit (HPU) to power a 5 Degree-of-Freedom manipulator that is capable of lifting over 90 pounds. The 275-pound UGV can traverse through almost any rough terrain and steeply inclined surfaces, including stairways. 4D Robotics is a business division of 4D Tech Solutions, Inc.
